Delivery Information

We ship worldwide and our standard shipping service is free. A faster, express delivery option is also available at checkout for an additional fee.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed.  If you need an expedited handling, please reach out and we will be happy to assist.

For US orders, standard delivery is 3–6 business days and express delivery is 1–2 business days.

Duties may be payable on international orders and will vary by destination. 

 

Where duties apply, they are calculated and added at checkout, so no additional duties will be charged locally.

Returns Guide

We are here to help guide you through our returns process. Our process is simple, and all returns are free. Please follow the steps below, using the US or International return guide as appropriate.

 

Please note that full refunds are made once our return conditions are met. If you have paid a supplement for the express delivery option, that service is not included in the refund.

Before requesting your return, validate that your garments meet our return conditions including that they are unworn, with tags and garment bags intact. All returns will be inspected prior to processing a refund.

International Returns

Returns are free and you may return products purchased on the godstruecashmere.com (Website) by emailing God's True Cashmere contact@godstruecashmere.com within eight (8) days from the day you receive the related order. A return label will be provided on email and the products must be handed to the courier within eight (8) days of receiving the related order. 

Return Conditions

GTC only accepts returns of merchandise purchased directly from our website and within the time frames set above, and will reimburse the purchase price of the products (minus shipping fees, as applicable) only if the following conditions have been met:

  • Products should not have been worn or washed and should be in the same condition in which they were received. Any product that carries perfume or other noticeable scents will be treated as worn and will not be eligible for return.
  • The identification tag (with the disposable seal) and labels are still attached to the products.
  • The products are returned in their original packaging
  • The products are not damaged.

You cannot return customized or personalized products, or sealed items that were opened after delivery due to health or hygiene reasons.

Retail Purchases

If you wish to return a garment purchased at a retail location please contact them directly. We are unable to process returns for garments not purchased on our website.

Refund Times and Procedures

Refunds are processed within approximately between (7) seven to (14) fourteen business days of our receipt of the returned merchandise and confirmation that the return conditions have been satisfied. Your refund will be credited back using the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Website.

Refund times depend on the payment method originally used:

  • Credit/debit card: refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies, but will normally take place within two billing cycles.
  • PayPal (where available): refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.

Return of Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

You have the right to return products purchased on the Website due to an error on our part or because product(s) are damaged or defective, provided that you notify GTC within twenty (20) days of receipt of the product(s) for orders delivered in the USA and within eight (8) days of receipts for all other destinations, by submitting a request via email to contact@godstruecashmere.com.

 

Please contact the Customer Care email before returning the products. You must return the product(s) by mail in the same condition in which they were received, unused, unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging and with their identification tag attached with the disposable seal. GTC will examine the returned product(s) to determine whether they are damaged, defective or incorrect, and will inform you by email within a reasonable period of time of whether GTC will accept the returned product(s) and refund their price. If accepted by GTC, damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) will be refunded in full to your original method of payment, including applicable taxes and delivery shipping cost. In the event that GTC finds no damage, defect or error with the returned product(s), you will be notified that the refund will not be processed, and your merchandise will be shipped back to you. If you refuse said delivery GTC reserves the right to retain the product(s) and the amount paid for the purchase of the product(s).

Identification Tag

All products sold by GTC include an identification tag attached with a disposable seal, which constitutes an integral part of the product. Please try on the products without removing the tag or seal. Products returned without the tag and seal will not be accepted.

Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in the applicable Order Confirmation, the Products are provided "as is" and "with all faults." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GTC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, regarding the Products or any information about the Products made available on the website. 

 

Without limiting the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GTC expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and any implied warranty of noninfringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing, course of performance, or usage of trade. No warranty, express or implied, extends beyond the description of the Products contained in the applicable Order Confirmation. No oral or written information or advice provided by GTC (including via the website, customer service, or marketing materials) creates any warranty or expands any warranty expressly stated in the Order Confirmation.
 

Limitation of Liability; Exclusion of Certain Damages
 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and except as expressly provided in Section 4 (Non-Waivable Liability), in no event will GTC be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising out of or relating to the Products, this Return Policy, the Order Confirmation, or the purchase, possession, use, misuse, inability to use, return, or attempted return of any Products, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statute, warranty, or any other legal theory, and whether or not such damages were foreseeable or GTC was advised of the possibility of such damages
 

Non-Waivable Liability.

Nothing in this Return Policy (including Sections 2 and 3) will be construed to exclude, limit, or disclaim any liability to the extent such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other categories of liability that are non-waivable as a matter of law.

Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and except as expressly provided in Section 4 (Non-Waivable Liability), GTC's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any Product, this Return Policy, or the Order Confirmation (whether in contract, tort, strict liability, statute, warranty, or otherwise) will not exceed the purchase price actually paid by you to GTC for the specific Product(s) giving rise to the claim. For clarity, this cap applies on a per-Product basis where the claim relates to a particular Product, and on a per-order basis where the claim relates to multiple Products purchased in a single transaction and cannot reasonably be allocated by Product.

Savings Clause; Consumer Rights

Some jurisdictions (including certain consumer-protection regimes) do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of certain damages. If such laws apply to you, some or all of the disclaimers, exclusions, limitations, or caps in this Return Policy may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights and remedies that vary by jurisdiction. The disclaimers and limitations in this Return Policy apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law; Venue; CISG Exclusion

This Return Policy section is an integral part of GTC's General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Except to the extent pre-empted by applicable non-waivable consumer protection laws, this Return Policy section and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Products, this Return Policy, the Order Confirmation, or any return, attempted return, or refund request will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. All legal proceedings arising out of or relating to the foregoing will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and GTC irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to any purchase or sale hereunder.

Definitions

For purposes of this Return Policy section: (a) "GTC" means the seller and operator of the website through which Products are offered and sold; (b) "Products" means the goods and merchandise purchased by you from GTC that are subject to this Return Policy; (c) "Order Confirmation" means GTC's written or electronic order confirmation (including any itemized receipt or invoice issued for the same transaction) describing the Products purchased; and (d) "You" means the purchaser of the Products

Amendments and Updates

GTC may amend or update all or any part of this Return Policy at any time in its sole discretion and without notice. Any amendments and updates to the Return Policy shall be effective upon publication on the Website. Please access the Return Policy on the Website regularly in order to check whether the Return Policy has been updated. If any provision of any part of this Return Policy shall be deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Return Policy.
